
Stress is a fact of life these days and how we manage it shows in our everyday life. Take a breath or two between an event and your response. Counting to 10 before you answer may keep your heart rate down and you out of trouble. You have the power to manage your thoughts, speech and actions in a way that will give you the desired result. When you lose your center just look around at the beauty nature provides for us and smile at mother's work and how it all fits together and hold up your responsibility to bring love into this space.
